As a young girl, Dr. Mujahed watched her grandmother struggle with imbalance and dizziness—an experience that inspired her to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and specialize in Vestibular Rehabilitation. This personal connection has fueled her passion for helping others in her community find relief, restore confidence, and reclaim their quality of life. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and later earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. For more than 13 years, she has dedicated her practice to Vestibular Physical Therapy, completing extensive advanced coursework and earning multiple certifications—among them the highly regarded Duke/Emory School of Medicine Vestibular Certification. Tiffany is dedicated to helping people with dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders return to their lives as quickly and confidently as possible. She provides focused, one-on-one vestibular Physical Therapy with mobile, in-home visits throughout Santa Barbara, Montecito and Goleta, as well as office appointments in Montecito.
